Liverpool Organic Brewery will be coming hosting a popular event in Liverpool from within one of the city’s most iconic venues this weekend. The St George’s Hall Beer Festival starts on Thursday and continues through the weekend bringing beer fans cask upon cask of delicious specially brewed ales.
If you’re staying with us at The Shankly Hotel you’ve no excuse not to visit, the venue is literally around the corner and it’s the perfect opportunity to see the stunning interior of the grand hall in all its entertaining glory.
Let’s look at what’s happening at St George’s Hall Beer Festival.
Liverpool Organic Brewery is the organisers of this hotly anticipated event in Liverpool and their own selection of real ales is extensively ranging from the Best Bitters to the Palest of Ales.
All Liverpool Organic Breweries own produce is created from the finest available ingredients in the country including grains from the oldest working malting in the country Warminster Maltings and hops from Charles Faram in business since 1865.
Along with their own brilliant brews St Georges Hall will be packed to the rafters with keg upon keg, cask upon cask and barrel upon barrel of tasty real ales for all you beer lovers to wrap your lips around this weekend.
Not everybody can appreciate the hoppy delights of a specially crafted ale.
That’s why the thoughtful folk at Liverpool Organic Brewery have brought in the big Gins to a specially built Gin Garden for those who prefer beverage made from berries instead of grains.

Served alongside the selection of Gin and endless beers will be chilled bottles of the finest Italian fizzy and wines of all varieties.
Better still the purpose-built Gin Garden will be set up on the colonnade of St George’s Hall so users can enjoy watching the world pass by outside and still be a part of the action indoors.
