A Spicy Parsnip Soup with a Chive Cream and Parsnip Crips. Smoked Salmon Terrine with Lemon and Line Vinaigrette or Brown Bloomer Crostini and Lemon Pickle.
A classic roast with Cranberry and Chestnut Stuffed Turkey Breast.Wrapped in Smoked Streaky Bacon with Crispy Roasted Potatoes, Honey Roast Parsnips, Button Sprouts and Chantenay Carrots. Smothered in a Rich Roasting Gravy. Or why not indulge in Pan Seared Fillet of Seabass with Cockle and Crayfish Veloute, Boulangere Potatoes, Tenderstem Broccoli and Sugar Snap Peas.
Treat yourself to Traditional Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce, Redcurrants and Almond Brittle. Or a delicious Croquembouche with Chantilly Cream and Bitter Chocolate Sauce.
