Please be advised all deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer downgrades if any members of your party decrease. All accommodation is at a set rate and rates cannot be lowered under any circumstances.
A pre-authorisation will be taken by card on check in. We will not accept any cash, American Express, Master debit, Maestro or Visa electron for your pre-authorisation. The pre-authorised on the card is not taken from your account but is held during your stay. Please be advised that debit cards take 5 working days to be released in your account and credit cards take up to 7 working days, this includes the duration of your stay omitting weekends. High levels of noise will not be tolerated in the rooms, corridors and stairwells. This is out of respect for other guests staying with Signature Living. Any damages, breakages or theft of items from the building will be taken from your pre-authorisation to the cost of the replacement or repair. Please be advised we do not allow confetti to be used in the rooms. Please be advised we have the right to charge your card outside of the pre-authorisation to cover any extra cleaning, smoking, damages and loss of keys.
Check in is from 3pm and check out is at 11am. If you are arriving to the hotel before 3pm we can look after your luggage for you until your room is ready. If you would like us to store your luggage on check out please just ask at reception. If we can arrange an earlier check in or check out we will do our best, please contact us on the day of arrival on 0151 236 0166 to see if this is available.
Car parking is available, our car parking is at a discounted rate of £15 per 24hrs.
Please be advised on arrival you will need to bring with you the card you have made the reservation with and a form of identification.
